Download the Coinami App, open the Bitcoincash wallet and use the scan icon. This will sweep your former BTC wallets for their balance in BitcoinCash. Make sure these are swept of BTC first to prevent that from being compromised by the exposed private keys.
Next shift this into BTC with the Shapeshift app to your Coinbase account, then sell.
The shapeshift takes a long time, so be patient. Took me a few hours.
