That is not scam, it's gambling. You know the risks of the game, you can win or lose big. If you don't want to lose money don't play, but it's not house's fault if you play 1 BTC, turn it into 2 BTC and lose everything next. I never had any problems with sportsbet.io. Deposits/withdrawals really fast. They limit you, if you win or bet on minor sports, but for average Joe it should be sufficient.

i think all gambling sites are pretty trusted for house edge issues, i've never heard the news of gambling sites that manipulate the house edge? but I see there are some sites that are pretty naughty by manipulating the rules when the bonus / jackpot is gained by the player, then they reject the jackpot because the rules have changed lol, I think there are some sites that do that, I think you should avoid that sites
