Andrew Makarskiy, former member of STeX team, was falsely accused by Nickolay Price and Ivan Mityaev in things he had never done. They took Andrew's share of the project, the coming ICO and will no longer be confined in making their own decisions, which Andrew saw as inappropriate and threatening for the future of STeX project.

1. Fixed token supply of 100 000 000 STE (8 decimals) with no possibility of additional
emission. You can rest assured no extra tokens will ever appear in the circulation. We

hardcoded in the DAO smart contract.
After the presale hit the hard cap on September 30, we have only 45 000 000 STE left for the coming ICO.

2. During the ICO the STE coin price is going rise gradually depending on the demand and supply. We have plans to sell STE through auctions which are going to be held each day.
Higher preference will get those who either buy larger amounts or make a higher bid price. This way we deem the demand will be met in a most fair way.
3. After ICO the founders receive a 30% stake in the company in the form of STE tokens.
After the tokens are allocated to the founders, all tokens that are not sold are destroyed, it is
calculated by the following formula: Tokens for Destruction = General Supply - Presell Sum –
ICO Amount - Founder's tokens. This is hardcoded in our token’s contract.
4. Our contract ensures the distribution of profits is made proportionally to the number of
tokens you hold relative to their total supply. So, if you own 12% of our tokens, then you will
receive 12% of the exchange profits.
5. STE transfer is going to be authorised after ICO ends. Though, we highly advise that you never sell STE, since you will loose 20% of dividends which are going to be distributed
first among those who never sold STE tokens. The more people sell STE, the more the share of those who never sell STE. This means that they get more and more dividends each
week/month. The rest 80% from dividends is distributed among other token holders. So wiser investors, in fact, would wish that everybody sell their STE. This way these wise
investors will get these initial 20% of dividends distributed first among themselves and their share is going to be comparatively large.
We expect to get hold of at least 5% of currency-exchange market in the first year of operations and
become one of 10 biggest cryptocurrency exchanges.
