It's just the time lock-in BIP148, but maybe the whales or some people want control the price on market will take advantage this time and create some rumor as the future of SegWit very bad or SegWit failure ...

No doubt for bitcoin reaches 3500$.Today price of bitcoin is around 3250$.Only 250 more for that to happen so.Once you keep your bitcoin. It's always like a treasure. On one lucky day.You will get huge return of money.If not 3500$,it will reached  3400$.So keep calm and start to inverse.

Because is now very popular and it will case its price. So its price will climbs up to 3800$ very soon and now its price is close to 3500$.

After August 1 and increaing in demand, Bitcoin price increased. I think the price will be stable in 3000 - 3200 dollar for a while. But I am wating for another large increase in bitcoin value.

Im thinking that btc price will continue to increase this year at it will reach to $4000 or more. Yes bitcoin is popular and will continue growing daily. This is it bitcoin price is increasing its value lets watch and ride the train on bitcoin.
