Why would i need to? As said, i only add non-tagged accounts to the list that are bought or hacked. There is no need to add accounts that are already tagged, because the point of this list is letting members know which accounts are risky to deal with.

Is he is refusing to do so, then he is unable to do so (thus likely sold indeed).

The only way which might stop the majority of account sales is if you convince theymos to make them against the rules.

It depends. There were cases in which the user was not able to provide a signed message for a certain amount of period. This can happen (speaking out of experience). However, if the user:
1) Outright rejects providing a signed message.
2) Has shown no intent of providing it when asked (i.e. ignores it).
then he/she is highly likely to be compromised and I'd say this alone warrants a negative rating.

Although the account woke up from sleep since 2016,I'm listing them here since they're started to show tendencies of a scammer during their first few posts.Also,I've strange feeling they're connected to Engg.Chakks.No connected address found as for now but anyway I'm putting them here for reference.

Thanks for the recommendation, what signature do you mean by the way?
I see his signature as KickICO as signature, and nothing of "I love my America".
On my eyes this looks pretty suspicious, so im still thinking if i should add them to the list or not because they don't have a staked address either.

Here is an account seller!

Looks worthwhile to tag him, he made the mistake of selling this account on a senior member account. If you look at his past posts he is also selling hero and full member accounts in bulk. They are probably hacked.

Also the account has email and password changed recently, so it may also be hacked/sold.

And found this post by one of these users:

In two - three weeks i will have to sell nice bunch of accounts for half price.. get in contact with me if you are so sure C'a later
