All of my previous activities were related to finance, until I got the idea to monetize music about 10 years ago.
I was obsessed with it so much that in the years that followed, I left everything behind, and I was just putting this idea into practice.

During Pre-ICO 1.500.000 tokens are sold at the fixed price of BTC 0,00003 (three thousand sat) by placing sell order on the decentralized exchange (hereinafter — DEX) of the Waves platform, which is built into the wallet.

In case if not all of 1.500.000 coins, which are on sale during the Pre-ICO, are sold until 02.10.2017, upon 14 days, issuer places buy order at the price of BTC 0,00002999 (two thousand nine hundred ninety nine sat) — in the amount, required to buyback the tokens, which were already sold.
The order is set for 7 days, from 02.10.2017 to 09.10.2017, and is refilled for the amounts of tokens, sold by the issuer during this period.
This period would be sufficient to enable all those wishing to leave the project, so that they could recover their funds.
The difference between the actual DEX buyout price and buyback price by the offer (BTC 0,00002999) is compensated to the addresses, from which these tokens were acquired, provided with the ability to uniquely identify the address data on the platform. This buy order is deleted on 09.10.2017.

During ICO we will sell up to 20.000.000 tokens.
The minimum offer price is BTC 0,0001 (ten thousand sat).
Thus, the discount during Pre-ICO will equal to minimum 70% from the ICO price.
There are two schemes for ICO under consideration:
1. The tokens will be placed in one lot and at a fixed price.
The minimum goal at which ICO will be recognized successful is BTC 300.
Under this scheme, token buyers have more upside and uncertainties.
2. Crowdsale is stretched over time and will be implemented over several months with fractional lots, price is determined by the auction method.

 About the project.
Concept and implementationWe worked with partners to develop the website for three years and spent around $100,000 of our own money. This development was carried out by one of the most powerful outsourcing teams of Russia, which is included in the top-30 studios. They have over 400 large individual projects.
This is now a full-fledged social network, but without built-in monetization of the content that is uploaded by users.
Here's a quick list of the features that are implemented on the website:
1. Uploading music, photos, videos (embedded for now, own player will be implemented in the upcoming versions)

3. User events, which after pre-moderation are displayed on the Home page of the website.
4. Ability to subscribe to other users, to choose the content, which will be displayed in the own news feed (music, photos, video, blog entries, or events)
5. The feature to add users to Friends.
6. Administration content: Musical News and Polls.
More functionality will be addressed in subsequent posts. The website is really huge, and I'm only bringing it to estimate the scale of the project implemented by a man with a financial background, not a technical one.
