it depends how kucoin will list mvt for voting, if in twitter, there previous winner got 6200 retweets to get listed, but if on the website, there about 5100 votes.
but i guess its only 1 vote per man, so i dont think that we could buy some votes

Also, i dont think there is limit to per user vote. You need to have KNC to vote, as more KNC you spend more votes will can make.
