Actually its not a bot its a person that reads what you write in the PM and input it on a spreadsheet, their is no such thing as bot, and if your not part of the movement just watch it on the sideline and see where it goes, if it tuns out to be nothing then we lose nothing.

if dev is alone, he his doing the right thing... working on the project instead taking 2/3rd his time answering hateful comments like yours.
Even if they are a small team... they are doing it right.

Making sure the spreadsheet is 100% OK is a must before sending tokens to everybody.

I'd rather have a dev hand checking all the spreadsheet and the names on it 1by1 and taking some time to do it instead having a stupid bot doing it all the way wrong.
I sent a PM to dev yesterday to get him to update my rank and he did it like 1h after. I'm calling that good work.
