If I'm playing online, To get rid of my nervousness I always listen to my playlist and/or Eating especially crackers and nuts. Though if I'm in a casino, and Poker is my game. Whenever I started to play, I tend to focus on the game itself. I don't want to do things while playing. Since I need all the focus I can gather to think of strategies I can use to have an edge against other players.

I like to eat snacks and drink while I'm gambling, that makes the activity more fun and enjoyable. To listen to music is a good option too, especially if it's a song which inspire you. I don't gamble very much because I don't want to lose money, so when I choose to do it I try to make the moment most perfect as possible.

So far I only gambled online and never gambled in any real casinos. Also, I gamble maximum around 20 to 30 minutes once in a while because after that I will get bored of these games. So during these 20 to 30 minutes, I will concentrate only on the games instead of having other sacks or drinks. Sometimes I will keep my coffee with me while playing dice game manually otherwise nothing only concentrate on the game.

It looks same with me, on me personally love to gamble while playing games as well. But on me is a playing Clash Royale on the Bluestack app on PC. Other than that when i gamble i often open youtube and play a music who i liked, so it feels more relaxed when gambling and affect the brain to be optimistic thinking in gambling.

I always prefer pin drop silent so that I can focus on my strategies. Sometimes after setting up all the required things with my auto dicing, I prefer to go for having snacks while watching how my profits goes up and down.

Once we all set with auto dicing, it is very much similar to watching a thriller movie that is the reason I guess I'm going for popcorn to enjoy the most.

I think you are wrong answer the question from OP. The OP asks if you are doing other activities such as playing games that can make your concentration disappear and I think that is a habit many people did that when working or talking to people, it will not disturb your concentration and will not give any impact.

I don't do anything when i'm playing gambling. I always wanted to concentrate on it and doesn't want to disturb by anyone. That's why I often play when i'm on my bed or sometimes waking up 3 or 4am continues play until 7am.

How do you do your homework or play counter strike while you are gambling?
When i gamble I usually have to be on the site to push the button unless i run autobet(which is rare because i usually play slots and i don't want to miss anything  )

I find myself holding my guitar and play some songs while I play online casino. I feel much more comfortable with it and I don't know why. I feel relaxed and my mind is much more awake. Also, just to add I always have a drink * It's either beer, wine or Vodka.* and a nutella with me.

When I am gambling online, best thing to do for me is to eat some snack while playing, because somehow it eases my boredom.
But when I am playing poker for real in person with my opponents, I'm just making a poker face in order to intimidate them. Haha.

I guess you are into your gambling as a job rather than a hobby or some fun filled activities. Because only for job we need to be more concentrated and not to be disturbed. If you are good with your profit making skills then you may continue. If your gambling is not profitable, better change the way you gamble.

I do not agree with those gamblers who are performing their gambling in more serious way as they are missing both fun and profits. When we are gambling in casual way, we at least may enjoy the fun even profits are not possible.

I'm playing COD while gambling before, after and while I'm gambling. I don't know why I am doing this, this sort of stress relieving and relaxing while I gamble. And I really don't take it seriously when I'm losing I just putting my anger to the game and playing like everyone there is my enemy but I'm having fun with it.
