When the price of bitcoin suddenly became cheap? It's very easy, I'm not going to sell and simple as that. I'm a long time holder and I have plans in the future for my bitcoins. It's my long term investment so even the price goes lower it will not affect me.

Its all about that, what an individual consider as cheap. Price of bitcoin in this moment is expensive when you compare it with years before, but if you try to compare it with price in future maybe bitcoin is now more then cheap. End of 2018 is for one year and couple months and 10000 dollars for one bitcoin is almost 3 times higher then now, that is awesome investment, with what kind of investment we can make 3 times more money without any work? And its for one year, what will happen in 3 years or more? Some friends of mine bought their first bitcoins @250 USD, just because they saw potential. Now they are quite happy and declined my proposal to sell it @market price.

Term "cheap" also applicable to individual monthly income. If I would have, lets say, 10k USD/EUR monthly, even BTC @5-7k would be acceptable without any doubts.

Of course panic buying will surely happen that time and I will buy some too. Every price drop is our only opportunity of buying cheaper coins so it's better to be ready anytime. Well it depends on how much bitcoin influences ones life. If someone totally depend on bitcoin financially and it's a dump, then they would have nothing for their  needs and expenses.
