I’m not talking about their rights to postpone their campaign because they are allowed to do that. My remark is only about discussing a duelbits related topic on this ANN thread including their signature campaign because it’s still part of their brand.

This thread is indeed right topic to discuss signature campaign however discussing here is not wrong either. I think some user just brought it up because the timing of campaign pause and banned of user has a short gap.

Yes, it should be like that, although I believe and I'm sure many people believe, Duelbits still has to be there and provide an explanation.
But as you said their team hasn't been seen to be active recently and it's a question whether they're monitoring their thread or not. On the other hand they also have a very good reputation, it would be a shame to lose it because of something like this.
I think sooner or later they'll come too.

When customers who know duelbits from other platforms have a good option on the forum to solve their problems - then they can create an account and then post their problems here. I do not expect there to be any difference in the way each customer's problem is handled and forum user rank should not make a difference - everything should be resolved in a professional manner regardless of the individual's rank.
