Obviously that comes from a stake campaign guy . Setting a goal to reach higher vip levels is the path of doom. The rewards are not worth climbing because every climb costs a lot of wager -> money lost for the players.

If you haven't seen people complaining in the chat then I don't know in which chat you have been. 
I was in the chat minutes after the email came and in German/English and Sports chat a lot of people had the same thought, even comparing it with the weekly fiasco last Saturday.

Also, how do you know what your "max" is? Gold level or whatever can also get high weekly/monthly amounts when their wager is high.By the way, I have an inactive/dead platinum 2 account that still gets 12$ monthly without any wager. So there is still a base amount every player gets anyway.

To avoid complaint or doubt about weekly/monthly bonuses, I think Stake should announce/reveal the exact formula on how they count the bonuses publicly. If players know the exact formula, they can count/calculate themselves so if there is significant difference between their calculation compared to the amount they get, players may ask for correction or at least Stake may give the calculation from the casino's side to see how it can be different.

You cant stop users to complain, it is their right to complain and I do even believe that Stake is open for complaints from their players.

Thanks for the updates on Nov breach everyone, I definitely am not active but it's not like I don't go to visit the site every now and then to check for good odds or promos. Just really surprised I didn't hear about it. I know people posted Twitter link but I don't follow a single social media from any casino, not even the one I play at daily.

I can confirm that ive not changed my login details since I joined stake back in early 2022 if I still remember well, I know of one time when (though not publicly announced), some users claimed that there was a data breach on stake, stake themselves did not announce anything so I waved it aside as a rumor, and now, here we are again, stake have not said anything or made any official announcement that a data breach occured on their platform, and though I don't particularly know about any user who have claimed to be affected by the presumed breach, but I can confirm that every thing is just fine from my end, though I do have 2fa active on my account.

I will advice every stake user to activate 2fa on their account, it's for their security, even if you are phished, with 2fa active, it will be difficult for the hackers to withdraw the funds on your account or make any meaningful changes to your account's security and privacy settings.

This is what I mean, if there was an official announcement it surely didn't reach a lot of people, even you who've played since early 2022. I can understand nobody likes bad publicity but if you have a data breach, surely all users should get a big red email warning right? Anyway, 2FA for sure it's minimum level these days.

The thing is... we can complain all we want here, but nobody from Stake.com are responding to any of the posts that are made here, other than a few posts that are marketing some kind of promotion.  

The other thing is.... Stake bonuses are way higher than most online casinos, so you do not have a lot of other options to pick from, if you decide to play somewhere else.

Let's hope this is only a "bug" in the system and that it will be fixed, like they said with the "bug" in the last Weekly.

Man this kind of news always scares me (personal experience, got hacked at a betting site and my funds stolen).

Didn't know that Stake had a big data breach recently, this wasn't announced at least not to me (have an old account but inactive, never checked anymore as I don't play there due to many problems before).

Cause if the 2nd scenario is true (not new attack but using old data) then it's that people still haven't changed their login details.

I am pretty sure that data leak is not what we should be scared of, people knowing which mail you use while gambling doesn't really mean that you should be scared, it's just a mail. The worst thing they can do is literally the thing we saw, send you a phishing mail and if you are smart about it then you are not going to end up with anything bad at all.

But if you are careful and still worry, just log in and change your mail there, and wherever else you used that mail, and when you change it all, then you do not have to worry about the mail that got exposed. It's the login that should be scary and right now there is none of that going on, nobody hacks into it, thank god for 2fa and all the extra steps that we are taking to prevent such a thing.

You cant stop users to complain, it is their right to complain and I do even believe that Stake is open for complaints from their players.

They will never do this, since they can change their terms whenever they want too unbeknownst to their customers who claim they wager the same amount only to receive less in the next round of bonuses.
This is how these casino bonus programs work: They have total control of how much their system will give their users even if the previous formula was used, they can change them on a whim without their customer's knowledge. They set those rules and terms of conditions.

In my previous post which you replied. That 77k was my weekly total wagered amount, not monthly.
Also from recalling a change they make since last month, the owner during his livestream did mention about a change being made in the bonus amounts given pertaining to the sort of table games the customer plays.
Stake originals will no longer be distributing the same amount towards players bonuses.
They are now a fraction of what they use to receive when wagering towards these specific games compared to slots and live dealer table games.
For me this is what I have always wagered: stake originals blackjack
And accounts for 90% of my wagering along with dice and crash of the same name.
So this could explain for the very low monthly amount compared to all previous ones since the sudden change was announced by Eddie about a month and a half ago on their kick.com livestream.

Because he did not experience it himself, that's why it is easy to suggest others to stop complaining.
About this month bonus, I think it is fair amount for me although I get less than what I got last month ($35 difference) but I have to admit that my wagering statistic is also lower this month than the previous month.
Back to complaints, it is basically natural as long as the complaint is reasonable and with valid argument.
Complaint is also part of communication between players and the house, complaint is not a bad thing but it can be a good thing for the casino to improve the service.

I doubt it is directly related to the KYC verification level, mostly profit and loss factor plays a role during calculation.
The higher the loss the more bonus reward it will be. Some people even get $3k monthly with a $9mln wager amount(-$5k loss).
Steve didn't tell anything about how the Stake monthly bonus program works and they prefer to hide all details, unlike competitors. For example, BC shows they offer 3% of the total monthly turnover as the monthly bonus, IIRC. Maybe it is directly related to the games you play. Some users have asked the same questions from Eddie but he didn't confirm anything.

Yeah, you might be right to a great extent, atleast, in some the video streaming rewards, we saw how winners with verified accounts get double the reward that those with an unverified accounts got, so it's very possible that the unverified account is the reason for the low bonus.

Maybe you do not mind to upload your personal documents in gambling sites but some others are not willing to do the same because of their own reasons. It has nothing to do how simple or how fast the process of the verification but it is more about preferences. One more thing, KYC is still optional thing in Stake so players are free to choose whether to do it or not. Even if it will be mandatory in the future, players still have their own right to do it to continue play or to skip it and leave Stake.

Actualy in "land-base" there has some law while, ID needed to be handed if you cashout your chip for over 10,000$. I'm a small gambler, withdraw more than 1,000$ are quite big for me and is only happened not to often. So, I looking a casino who have higher limit withdraw without "KYC". In-case you are high-roller user, my advice tried to finish verification to Level 3/4 so in-case you withdraw the fund big (casino don't have any reason anymore to delay you using KYC things).

Yes you are right, monthly and weekly bonuses have no effect on KYC except for several events and contests are mostly held in the stake forum
I also assume that this monthly bonus is related to last week bonus there is an error in calculations but they promised to fix it this Saturday
If there are more complaints related to the monthly bonus maybe the marketing team will consider it.

KYC Level has some extra bonus you can get maybe around 15-20% for the bonus, depending on the KYC level you are applying. However, I don't really needed it at all because small gambler, and maybe the bonus amount for me around 10-100$.

Yes you are right, not everyone will be willing to do KYC and that is their right in my opinion. Moreover, Stake does not require its users to do KYC, even though it is more recommended for security reasons and others. But for users who are not willing to do it, then it's legal.
In fact, many of them actually chose gambling sites that did not make KYC a must and left sites that enforced KYC.
This is up to each decision, as long as the site doesn't require it, then it's legal to do it.
