Yeah if you don't bring the minimum required of maybe around 3-4k a month you account is seen as inactive and you monthy shrinks to a micro amount, just as the weekly.
In the past the barrier for being considered active again was as low as 1k wager as well.

So the wager requirement went up a lot, the bonus went down a lot.

It's funny how now players or people the registered within let's say the last 12 months think that the bonuses and so on are good at stake. They surely missed out on the time when they actually were. You are right after all, and the recent hacking that happened on Stake proves this, I mean over 40 million dollars is not a child's play, and yet, Stake lost this amount of money to hackers and did not even budge, not many casinos will still be online by now after losing such an amount of money.
So stake is really one of the online gambling casinos anybody can trust.

And talking about the ranking system on stake, as far as i know, how stake ranks is based on how much money the gambler wagers, i am not very sure though, but this is what i have always believed, and not just with stake, but also for other casinos with ranking system, they rank users based on their gambling activity and amount of money wagered on the site over time.

Right, more casinos and all kinds of services on the internet are getting more open when comes to accepting Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. It is a good thing for us who believe decentralized assets are part of the future of economy.

Most of the time, the non vip forum challenge is not worth the risk even if you become the top 20 players for the slot challenge because the prize can be considered as low especially for non verified users.
I do not participate much but some time I did participate when I know that the selected game is the one that I like to play, otherwise I skip it.

To begin with, not many casinos would have that much money to be stolen, let alone be able to move on. Almost every casino has either 40 million or less for their entire bankroll, so it would be difficult to hack into a casino and steal this much money anyway.

Secondly, I do not think that there is a second casino in the crypto world that could survive after getting hacked this much, and they did it which is a big deal and I believe that they are doing a great job, I understand that it may not look that great but at the same time it feels like there is going to be some sort of feeling that I can't really bother with the situation all that much. I think it could be something we could probably not see ever again in our history.

I think it was some kind or "payback" by some disgruntled user to be honest.
People have so much time to come up with such a nonsense, this is still harmless.
Remember the countless "taking stake to court" threads here in this thread or in the scam accusations section, these kind of people also come up with such a "joke".

Start at 27 seconds and it ends at 4 minute mark. As you can see, after the first half (around 2 minute mark of the video) the score was 2-1.

So I bet this match before it started. Stake.com lost connection and in the 14th minute, the odds were all off the board. I was watching the live stream and after the first half, the score was 2-1. This means that both of my bets were winning bets.

In about the 77th minute, they got disconnected and stake.com decided to cancel the game. As my wagers were on the first half, I should have been paid on BOTH bets as the first half was completed and the result of the full game had no impact on my bets.

I have tried to contact stake support but they continue to ignore me.

Hoping someone from stake can see this here and get it sorted or else I will be posting a scam accusation.
