I experienced the opposite, I used to get more than $100 at least in the past 3 months but this month I received no more than $50 while my activity is not reduced much from the previous 1-2 months although I have to be honest that I'm in good profit in the past 30 days before the monthly bonus. As far as we know the bonus is based on house edge so every game that we played will contribute to the bonus this means that if you make a profit this month it should not have an impact except when you lose, you will get an additional from the loseback and for this one we don't know the percentage. Of course what is experienced by Bitinity is something strange while we get more bonuses because of the surge in crypto prices, even this weekly I also got more 2x than from last week. I can't assume what the reason is and it would be better ask to support or VIP host.

Like I said before, I got these emails 3 or even 4 times, don't really remember. Every time with a decent amount! I think these are first of all random and second these are sent to players that are 1. close to the next VIP level or 2. recently passed the level up.
At least that's how it was for me. Got at least 2 emails when I was at 95% ( 2 emails in 2 weeks ) or more to platinum 6 and then when I was at 6 I got another email like 2 weeks after the level up.
Guess these are just random "marketing" emails, just like the other bonus mails that are sent out sometimes. Not many players get them but of course it's nice when you are picked for that!

True, having to send warning messages to their players is kind of silly, just because telegram has this strange bs going on. Eddie acknowledged this in stream some weeks back as well. Would be a tough measure to leave telegram since it's so convenient I think, but if they can't get some sort of deal with tg to get rid of these spam messages underneath their posts I guess there is no other way.

They can always try to contact or get in touch with the staff of Telegram and reach a deal specially for them as a big and established casino. I don't think it would be good to see Stake officially abandoning their Telegram channel, as Telegram is vastly used for crypto enthusiasts and gamblers alike and if they left, it could mean more scammers will try to fool gamblers into falling for their traps, impersonification of official accounts and such...

I did not check my stats after I received the monthly bonus but I did not play at all during a week before the monthly bonus. As far as I can remember I wagered about 25k-30k only before the monthly bonus. I dont really understand as well about the VIP ladder bonus but maybe what AHOY said is true because the 1st bonus I got was few days after I leveled up few months ago while the 2nd VIP ladder bonus was earlier this month while I did not wager much. No more information I can find about the criteria to get this VIP ladder bonus but from my 2 times bonus, the situation were so different (for my wagering activity). Yeah these 2 reasons make sense VIP ladder bonus and profit in monthly, but honestly in my opinion profit cannot be used as an excuse to reduce monthly bonus because we collect it from the house edge. The concept is house edge revenue will be shared with players and casinos so there should be no way to reduce it, but yeah there may be other formulas that we don't know and at least this will be a notes for us.

By the way what we are waiting for at the end of the month is Black Friday, other casinos have prepared events and promos so will stake.com give us something? I found an email related to Black Friday 2022 then 2023 may be deleted, I guess we will receive post monthly bonus.

Black Friday was on the 24th day of November month in 2023. Which isn't a perfect time for post-monthly bonus. We had received a bonus on Cyber Monday in 2023, it was sent on the 27th November as a post-monthly bonus. The black Friday is on 29th November in this year, which is a perfect time for post-monthly bonus. However, Stake may not send the pre-monthly bonus on that day if they have planned early monthly bonus in December month to start the Christmas celebration.

I didn't receive that kind of email, but the website domain you mentioned if I'm not mistaken, is the one they use to claim monthly and weekly bonuses, as well as other random bonuses like the NBA and Election bonuses. Can you edit your post and include the full link of playstake.club that you received? Since I didn't get this kind of bonus, I think it might be a personal bonus or only available to those who meet certain criteria. But I doubt that this might be phishing link attempt.

I have some advice for you. Stake stored your section, If you already login to their site. My advice, just choose to which link you are using > After get directed, you should see the claim button + your account in login condition.

If your account in not login condition, you should be aware for phising. Example like me:
- I using Stake1021
- I already login my account to these mirror link

It is a campaign to invite inactive accounts yeah many of us get an email like that even last month one of my friends got a bonus $200 bonus with a deposit $1000
