The possibility of having to accumulate several related markets or market in an accumulated bet pattern from a single fixture or perhaps I’m missing something?

I’m only asking because I actively participate in sports betting and the most times I’ve tried it on several gambling sites I use, it always comes off as an error of duplicates and I’m not allowed to bet on it.

This is a betting feature which is available on Stake called by bet builder or Same game multi where you can make a parlay bet contains of several market on a single match. You can simply check one of the match you are going to bet and take a look if the same game multi feature is available or not because as long as I know is that players cant do it in all matches but it is available mostly in popular sports/leagues. The post above yours by bitcoinhunt3r is exactly the example of what you are asking about and he did even combined 2 different matches.

At Stake also does not allow you to make regular multi bets like when you bet 1x2 or other markets on a multi slip. But you can do it by using the Same Game Multi feature provided by Stake. It allows you to bet on several available markets in one slip which you would not be able to do if you chose a regular bet.

I think he just misunderstood or not aware of this feature especially for those who are not very active in sports betting, at first glance they think this is a parlay bet whereas in parlay betting you are not allowed to take 2 options in the same match well obviously he wondered why someone would make that bet. Another reason is that a few years ago Stake removed this feature and then made it available again with a different name from BetBuilder to Same game multi so some users may be a bit confused. Previously I have posted this topic but in a different mode, I just found how to make parlay bets using this feature (BetBuilder) and I'm sure there are still many users who don't understand this one, that's why I posted it here yesterday. My suggestion Stake should add different colors on this feature or make it look different from other options.

That's cool. I am also at stake what feels like forever, 4.5 years now or so, crazy. I never got an affiliate deal or whatever, which is a bit frustrating since now there are great deals out there. There are streamers that occasionally double your weekly bonus or offer double VIP level up rewards, which of course is great. I could only imagine getting the diamond bonus when I reached platinum 6, haha. I can imagine you liked those freerolls, that was nothing for me thought. Bunch of terrible people which limp/called everything, damn they were so bad!

From where the money is is quite easy to answer. Giving you double level ups is basically sharing their affiliate benefits. When somebody wagers like 1 million to reach platinum 3 for example that gives good benefits to the person that referred them, especially with "good" aka high losses. It's not a big deal to pay someone 1600$ when the total benefit from his/her action is much higher.
Also, let's be fair, often enough players register, deposit and play some and then quit fairly quick. The streamer still gets their benefits but never has to live up to the promise of a double level up since the player is already gone.

What happens, If those influencers gamble the money they're earning from the affiliated? We already got some story, a lot for some streamer finally use those kind of fund for payed under his link due gambling problem.

Although I like this new update only UI, I’m worried that there might be changes again in the possible reward distribution. I mean, our weekly bonus might decrease. Before, even when I was Platinum 1 if I didn’t play I would only receive $0.05 as my weekly bonus. But then, I was surprised that even without depositing or playing I’m now receiving $10 in my weekly bonus.

That’s why, as much as possible I don’t want any updates regarding VIP changes because it might revert to the old system. The way they previously gave our weekly rewards and monthly bonuses was already fine for me unless if will increase lol.

YES, there’s an optional word on the top meaning you can register with or without those code.

But it’s much better if you will use a code so that someone will get referral percentage on your bet while it’s same experience on your side with or without code.

I do prefer the older UI for the VIP than the new one but of course it is all about preferences, maybe because it is new and I need to adapt with it first.
About the possibility to claim the weekly bonus and monthly bonus directly from this new UI, I think we can see it next Saturday when the weekly bonus come.
It would be unfortunate if there will no option to claim the bonus directly from this new VIP UI, it would be nice if we can get claim button under the new weekly/monthly bonus tab.
Other casinos make it easier to claim bonuses directly on the site, so Stake should be able to make it as well.

I still don’t understand the point why they need to keep the monthly bonus through email notifications while they have already this feature.

I remember when I’m still new here I keep forgetting to claim my monthly bonuses since I’m not checking VIP rewards frequently while there’s no monthly bonuses claim button that’s why my monthly bonuses turns to waste until I realized that they are sending bonuses link via email.

They should just make this simpler by claiming those bonuses under the VIP page.

I went to the X (Twitter) handle and I saw the question but direct replies are few. Many people join stake from this forum and many have joined but have not used the stake account since after the registration. Personally I have not join stake and I don't have account with them yet.
But might join them in the future. I have only seen stake advertisement in different platforms. I have seen them on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter (X).  There are some that were posted by gamblers and not stake company. They posted their wins in stake for others to see.

I hate the new design because it's actively wasting your time.
Imagine you have 10 minute reloads. Before I could just have the the reload window open and click the button once it turns green. Now you have to have the VIP window open. Once the claim button appears you click it and it leads you to a new window where you can claim it -> time wasted.
Sure it's not much time you are losing, but it's still time. Guess people that used some form of "auto clicker" to claim the reload won't be able to do this any longer as well.  
The weekly/monthly tabs are also useless. No clue why they need to reinvent the wheel there and even send an email because of it.
