10 billionth bet was made just before the mega race started about an hour ago.

But as you can see they didnt wager the required amount of 1000 satoshis worth which was in eth so even less to be able to claim the prize. So according to the rules of the contest they just keep counting until someone did have a wager of said amount.

It seems that the slot game will be launched soon, I saw some S (Support) share BetIDs for the slot game some hours ago. I guess they were trying the game first before releasing it publicly. I was happy when I saw one Support share the betID as I thought the game was ready already but it is still in "coming soon" when I went back to the main page after I saw the BetIDs for the slot games on the chat room.
Cant wait for longer time, so hopefully it will be ready as soon as possible.

You are right, but I do hope that Stake give something bigger for the guaranteed rewards because billionth bet is something big to celebrate. So lets say the guaranteed prize is based on the user's level, but of course there should be a minimum bet for it. I believe most players wont still hunt for it although there is a minimum bet as long as the reward is worth to hunt. It is just unfortunate that a celebration of billionth bet won by player but the amount is just so small while they are offering daily races, weekly challenge, daily telegram challenge, as well as other coupons. I hope to see different type of giveaway for the next billionth bet.

Yet, all of them are super small amounts that makes no sense at all, lets hope it will dial back down to less giveaways but bigger amounts. Probably they have increased the number of races, i'm not sure because i don't follow races anymore since when i busted all my funds trying to win a prize in a race. Surely they have reduced the number of challenges from two a week to one a week. This is a fact. You can verify it simply watching at the challenges section of stake forum.

I don't know why they did this way, but it's just marketing. Probably they have evaluate that races are better than challenges for their balance.
