MalteseFalcon also won the number 1 spot on the $1 000 000 race last month, wagering the most money on the site. This earned him $250 000 for the first prize.     I really think someone with that amount of money, should be able to "hide" his real identity to protect himself.

Stake will reach out to him/her to verify the account, because they have to protect their license by adhering to the KYC requirements, but I think only a select amount of people will have access to his/her details.

It is only money laundering once a person starts pushing money through a casino and withdrawing it on a regular basis.

So look for other reasons why they are suspecting you are using multi-account! Did you every tried to connect to the site while VPN was on?

In most of the cases people accused of multi-accounting just because of their VPN which is a mistake from the user side and since the site is against multiple account they can restrict your funds but you can explain what happened to the support and try to resolve your issue.

Here is my opinion about the multi account case:
In the beginning, multi accounts is allowed IIRC. Most people created 2 accounts because they need a bank account.
After a while (not really sure when), Stake updated the terms that multi accounts is prohibited.
Those who have created more than account should not be affected IMO as long as the accounts are not being used to abuse giveaways, promos, and other things.

@istimewa99, better to ask them privately through email/live support. As them about the accounts that are suspected to be all yours.
If you do not own them and you have not done something like "abuse", I think you'll be able to get your money.

If a gambler is suspected of having multi-accounts, he may be asked for KYC or be given another alternative by the team to recover their main account (the one in use) in case the gambler has not abused any types of freebies, promos, etc. So if a gambler is in problem related to a specific site and comes here or takes it to their chat, doesn't mean the site is guilty of anything. The gambler feels worried and no doubt he'll try his best to recover his account because it has his funds in it. Would you suggest any other ways than to connect with the team through all the means available?

I don't know if anyone here went to a real casino, surely there must be some but there could be a few that wasn't near any real one as well both of those type people could be here, but for those who never went to a real life casino or don't know what kind of bets there are; MalteseFalcon would have been a HUGE high roller in any casino, and I mean like if went to most famous Las Vegas casino out there, he would still be a huge high roller, highest suite gifted, all foods drinks shows everything gifted, anything he wants bought and brought to him, dude would have spent zero dollars aside from gambling.

I'm using Dinabot service since September 2019 and never faced any problem for using it. Probably there is other reason behind the issue of that user. He will receive quicker reply from live support, for better and detailed information he should go through the mail support (support@stake.com).

Thatsmy point exactly. I've been using Dinabot for several months and there hasn't been any of such issue on my account. Most likely, something else is the cause. But support team would explain more once he contacts them thoroughly.

There must be a reason why you got muted from chat. Just because you didn't tell your telegram username won't likely cause you got muted from there.
I never got muted on stake, but do you can't betting when your account got muted from chat? I doubt about that

Sorry to hear that, but if it is true, I do think that you do not deserve permanent mute unless you did it many times. I've been muted once few years back due to sharing referral link by personal message/direct message to one of my stake's friend. It was 48 hours mute only and I admit my mistake then created a thread on the forum https://forum.stake.com/board/174-appeals/ and I got unmuted after 24hours only instead of 48 hours. So you may try it, tell the details of your story there and forum mods may assist you better.

Probably it happened as a mistake since humans makes mistakes, the moderator who muted you wrongly instead of muting the person who asked about your personal details, so wait for the support team to respond and here also you may get some assistance since you highlighted the issue.

Correct and according to the chat rules he probably broke rule number 4. Here's a quote about the said rule.

4) No suspicious behavior that can be seen as potential scams.
Asking people to PM you, offering Telegram/Discord/WhatsApp contact/other forms of off-site communication is considered suspicious as well.

I guess you were caught off guard during that moment, your appeal should get approved since it was an honest mistake.

I really hope that your mute is lifted one day and you deserve it to be unbanned when the time comes (maybe a small punishment would help you out to realize your mistake). However you also do realize that you are just muted right? Not banned from stake all together, just muted from the chat, which means you are free to gamble anything you want and you can wager as much as you can, you will get your rewards from platinum and many other things.

So, your gambling is not bothered, you didn't lose your wagers, your idea of "All the hard wager and betting you do is nothing just because of one bad moment?" is a wrong statement, nobody wagers so that they can chat, they wager because they want to gamble and they want to get to higher VIP level none of which is bothered, you can still get those perks of being a VIP so it is not really a problem. You are only muted, sure I hope it is lifted but it is just mute, nothing about gambling.

I wonder what did he do to get muted for a week? As far as I know mute for spam users is not more than 3 hours or mostly just 1 hour
The heaviest penalty is when playing with a buy account this is strictly prohibited and it can even get a permanent mute
