What do you think about the other crypto currencies that exist?

There are so many crypto currencies that have a huge market and mostly those who have a market above 1000 btc are the ones good to invest in like ETH, DASH, Waves. ETC is another form of etherium and nobody even uses it while LTC can anytime drop and has had many fluctuations in the past.

I don't believe even BTC has a great future unlike others as it is not regulated or a firm/legal currency. Who know when it will be replaced next and there are ones holding for years. They will never be selling those coins making the ones in circulation even lesser.

Next to Bitcoins there are several different other crypto currencies like DASH, ETC, ETHEREUM, LTC, XRP. Do you believe in them? Are there any Advantages and/or disadvantages? 

Well, they are surely not as trusted as bitcoin but some of them are good enough, specially in trading. I think except for bitcoin, no other coin is used for storing in long term as no one believes they will have any bigger future except bitcoin. So people just buy them and then sell them when they go a little higher to get some profit out of them. Atleast that is how i see them.

I've heard these types of money on the market. But I have not used them, so I do not know about them. Those currencies are not as popular as bitcoin.

Of course I believe, and the altcoin you mentioned has its own advantages and disadvantages, if you want to benefit it depends on your accuracy to choose it

The only advantage that I see in them is investing in them. But yeah, many ICOs are popping up currently out of which a few have some real concepts and are actually delivering their promises, so I think they definitely have a future if everything is implemented wisely. Others like ETH and XMR are good for long term investments and can give us ~5x of our investments.

THey are second to Bitcoin. Period. Bitcoin is king and always will be. The only one which might be able to surpass it is Ethereum, based on the fact it allows for token creation for ICOs, etc. Otherwise it is all Bitcoin full steam.

Something interesting to note... I was watching a MArk Zuckerberg lecture and he said Friendster had the same problem Facebook did with connect friends to each other in terms of who interacts most... after a few magnitudes, it gets extremely tough. They perservered whereas Friendster did not, and here we are today.

What happens when we look for a solution for Bitcoin, yet it never comes or gets rejected? Well, then, another coin could take its place!

Yes, i think we should believe on other crypto currencies will be exist in future, and try to use them.
Sometime when i get time, then i do trading with them, but these crypto currencies not need to hold them for a long time.
Then it is difficult to earn profit from them, if you hold for a short time and suddenly you see the price is going to high then sell them, it is good for crypto currencies.

MY favorite other currencies are Ethereum and Litecoin.
Why?
Ehtereum because it lets you create a token to give other for services, etc.
Litecoin because it is like the testing coin for Bitcoin, like Bitcoin's sister and also it is like silver (and of course BTC = gold).

Some have prospects, some don't. Some even die on arrival and end up caving away with investors fund. The most important thing is they are altcoins which I feel they at least make trading fun. I don't know how valuable they will become in future, but they are just behind bitcoin and they live on bitcoin and I am sure that is what they will keep doing.
One other thing is that some of them actually have some advantages in collecting funds (like ethereum) most especially for token collections and to me that is just it.

yes no doubt that there are a lot of other crypto currencies which have very good potential and their price can increase too much. although every crypto currency has their own road map but i think most of the people are using it for trading and investing purposes, i think most of the people are using bitcoin as their main currency but they are using other currencies as for investment and trading purposes.

I would like to mention DeepOnion, Community is growing and their wallet connects through TOR network, can it be more private than that?. There are others claiming to do the same but DeepOnion wallet works through TOR for messaging too, I have tried it.

They are also crypto-currencies just like bitcoin,but then they were introduced late in this world,so they are not popular just like that of bitcoin. Every thing and everyone is there for a reason and that reason includes both advantages and disadvantages. So yes, other crypto-currencies like dash,ethereum,litecoin etc do have advantages and disadvantages.And i guess i believe that crypto-currencies have a long time to be there for,so yeah, i believe in most of the crypto-currencies i am aware of.

Yes almost all the cryptocurrency users believe on the altcoins and mostly of them use them for trading purpose. Many popular altcoins are growing gradually as many users are using those altcoins for trading.

At the end of the road in the information age era, cryptocurrencies will replace or coexist with the fiat money so of course I'm investing in these coins too, not just bitcoin. It's true that bitcoin's price is so high and these coins are falling behind but in a year's time, this coins will grow too especially those coins that has a very promising potential and what can they offer in the real world. Functions versatility availability and security is still in question here that BTC earned in its years. Time can only tell and were all waiting. Stay tuned to updates, me and you.

I think that most of them are created for the good purposes and all of them are supporting bitcoin right now. Altcoins have their own strength and soon, when bitcoin becomes popular, altcoins will have more chance to be known by other people

I did some investment in Lisk LSK. I hope they are going to realese their platform as soon as possible. The java script is so popular right now (i.e. web developing) so that is the good point to think about. Ethereum is much different than LSK, there is space for both. That's why i "bet" on JavaScript at this moment.

I think that some like litecoin,litecoin ,ethereum and many others crpto currencies have a really good future because their qualities and that it is a really good reason to own other altcoins to trade with them and make profit.

From a long term investing view point (not a trader) I would keep most my money in Bitcoin, etherium, Litecoin, dash, and monero, (maybe Bitcoin cash) and occassional dip into a new or low priced altcoin looking to hit a homerun.
