Most promising ICO coming in a week or so is EQUI (https://equiplatform.io/#). Check the website and read the whitepaper and you'll know why.
It's very much under the radar - I found it by chance.
And it's not a "give us millions and we'll hire some developers to maybe start doing something" kind of ICO SCAM that you can find all over the place nowadays.
