If you know the private key, you should import it into a secure Bitcoin Cash wallet. Just be aware not copy your private key to a place cause all your coins to be lost. There are lots of people have gotten scammed.

So, is it still possible to claim BCH? I am currently using an online wallet (BitGo) which didn't support the fork. Will I have the ability to claim my BCH by moving my BTC on an offline wallet where I can export the private keys?

How does BitGo define "didn't support the fork".

Does BitGo allow you to own your private keys? If "yes", you definitely have BCH and you just need to claim it...see the guide that someone else posted. If "no", you need to find out if BitGo was going to earmark BCH for you (in an amount equal to your BTC balance). Coinbase didn't do this, however other exchange wallets have.

BitGo does provide you with the private keys when you first sign up. I recently made a thread about BitGo and I was told exactly what I've posted above. However, after reading the replies again, I think I might have misinterpret what I was told.

I have less than that in my bittrex account and I notice it was just credited directly, I missed the opportunity to make free BCC
during the hard fork, you guys are lucky as the price is great now.
I guess not all exchanges are giving BCC, I'm lucky one of my exchanges are giving but unlucky because I converted my btc to altcoins before the hard fork.
