I would take a guess and say around 0.186 ETH in a month, but you should try mining yourself to get a hashrate. Then take the network hashrate which I think right now is about 70 Terrahashes per second and divide it by your hashrate and that is how many blocks you should mine for to expect to mine one block on average. Then multiply that amount of blocks by the average block time, which is 22 seconds right now, I think, but you should check what it is supposed to be. And there you should get how many seconds it will take to get a block reward. Divide it by 60*60*24*30=2592000 and you get it in months. So divide the block reward by month and there you go.

You could also just use an online calculator, but there is no fun in that.
