Developer-Backed Guarantees

Regardless of market price downturns, some developers here in Southeast Asia contractually offer to guarantee a minimum ROI on your investment. Redistributed broker commissions

Crowdsourced involvement


Have a design for a new building? Have a better way to increase foot traffic? Have a mastermind way to put a megaproject on the map as a regional or global hotspot destination? Participation Options

-For new projects, RLX holders can signal to the developer that the submitted project is a desirable one to be involved in, and one of which RLX holders would be interested in investing into. By sending 1 RLX to the developer, such a signal informs interest to both Relex and the developer.

-For existing projects, RLX holders can choose to participate by sending their RLX to developer wallets and funding the construction of the buildings. Full unit price investments will result in property keys to the unit being handed over to the RLX holder, verified by way of both an ownership token and a paper certificate. This is something RLX holders can participate in now.

-As for investing any amount below the full unit price of the development (crowdfunding), RLX holders can participate when we receive approval from US regulatory authorities to do so. I think they will use ethereum platform and most likely this project is only limited to the design has not been in the stage of realization

@ Tazman: The distinction in our market space is allowing the [Suspicious link removed]munity to play a direct role in the development of coming real estate projects, not just purchase them. The cryptocurrency part of the platform is already completed. We are launching the crowdsourcing component of the real estate development dynamic very soon. We already have all the real estate contracts in possession, and we actively work with all the developers we list.

Regarding your clarification of real estate purchasing vs. real estate development, I will give you an example. We work with a developer where they said that the master design plan of the development can be changed upon enough investor interest. Say, adding of a river, or the addition of gondolas in an existing river before exiting out to the bay. We work with a number of developers like this- this is a shift towards the investors having a direct say in the outcome of the real estate projects that are built.
