When I want to post its show me that I recently post in 360 sec. But I did not post before 360 sec. Please help me by giving information.

You need to make sure you wait the full six minutes before you post. Logging in and attempting to post also reset the counter. The time limits decrease as you gain activity/rank so it gets easier.

If you post, you should wait 360 seconds till you can post again, even if you have deleted that post. There is no problem with forum.
