I did some research into this ICO. I found that the addresses mentioned on the website where Pecun.io is supposed to be registered don't belong to Pecun.
I emailed the chambers of commerce of Lichtenstein and Dubai and got the same answer from both of them. This company isn't registered!

Never send anything from an exchange. PLEASE. 
It will be lost! Send from your wallet but NOT from exchange!!!
