This coin has done some amazing numbers. And for a coin that has over 100 million dollars worth of trade every 24 hrs for the past 3 - 4 days it is impossible for it to be a pump and dump. Something tells me you are looking to make some nice buys by spreading this fud.

NEO is going to be a top 3 currency. NEO is going to be the direct alternative to ETH. Frankly, given the momentum the market is building I expect NEO to be $300 in 6-12 months. Sure, other coins will ten times sooner, but are you going to hold them as a store of value? No. Are you going to earn dividends? No. Imagine 3-5 years. Only the wealthy will have significant holdings just like BTC today and ETH sooner than later.
