I did not even know that it existed so far back, the OP possibly made an fortune from this coin. Even tough he was right and in 2017 Binance was the future of exchanges, I doubt that Binance will be the future of exchanges now. The big guys tend to go down because a lot of hackers are targeting them. I think , things will change.

BNB just leap again. Its not too late to still collect an ETH like token that is also a native coin of the most used exchange of our time. BNB is useful in trading on binance but its also a great investment to hold. You don't even need a break out for this type of investment because BNB will moon without BTC's influence. Its demand will increase as long as binance exchange will remain on top of the best exchanges.

Are not U.S regulator restrict their people from doing the trade related to cryptocurrency? even Libra faces this problem too and has yet to decide the outcome of the license? let's see the official release of this, still trying to figure out how.

Of course Binance will be following US laws and regulations. Not an easy task and it will take some time. Even Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) itself the owner of New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) biggest stock exchange in the world spent a year in order to pass the strict rules imposed by SEC for their crypto exchange Bakkt.

Very limited number of coins only, you are right, why there's no BNB when it's the product of the exchange? Would this mean that the old Binance set up is better the Binance US because with the old set up, traders has a lot of choices to trade in the altcoins marekt. This looks like coinbase with limited coins listed only, I think we will be seeing the same pattern.

Would this mean that the old Binance set up is better the Binance US because with the old set up, traders has a lot of choices to trade in the altcoins marekt. Actually, it's not going to be very easy for US Binance to list BNB because of: I find it a bit weird BNB isn't considered to be somewhere in security territory. It was launched with an ICO and its value hangs on the success of one corporation. I suppose it's not ownership of Binance as such but it's one hell of a long way from something like BTC.
Binance is playing with fire with that one. They burn BNB based on profits made -- lowering the circulating supply -- so it seems like there is indeed an expectation of profits. These are the four metrics of the Howey Test. BNB seems to fit every one: - It is an investment of money
- There is an expectation of profits from the investment
- The investment of money is in a common enterprise
- Any profit comes from the efforts of a promoter or third party
Arguably, they issued unregistered securities to US persons. I also don't think that's the only area where they have legal exposure to the SEC.

I'm American and registered my binance account outside the US a while back. At the moment, i can still log into binance. So at the moment, americans can no longer trade on binance? How long do we have until we have to withdraw our coins? I still have some coins on binance. So can Americans still trade now or not?
One other thing i want to ask. I deposited btc into binance over 1 year ago. It was for around 0.10 btc or so. I took a look at my old email and see that on a certain date, i sent 0.10 btc to btc over a year ago. But i want to know, is there a way now to see how i got that btc sent to binance? Because over 1 year ago, i used electrum but when i look at my old transactions, i do not see 0.10 btc sent on that date. Thus the btc sent to binance was sent from another site. But i do not know what site it was. Such as it is most likely a gambling site where i requested btc and had it to sent to binance. But i check those gambling sites i used but cannot find history of me withdrawing btc that date. But im close to 100% sure the 0.10 btc sent to binance that day was either a gambling site or bittrex.
Can someone tell me how i can find this information out? Its for tax purposes. Also is there a way to see what btc address was used to send the 0.10 btc to my binance account? I basically did a trade that same day to buy altcoins. But i do not know where the 0.10 btc came from exactly to binance.

I heard from an article read by a crypto youtuber yesterday their futures site was hacked. Dont know if this was true or not but it could be related to this thread since it is the most recent incident found out about: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5143562So just launching it thinking they had all the possible holes determined and so was fully secure by now.

I opened a binance account over 1 year ago. I'm American but I'm outside the US almost all year. I did just a few trades on binance, nothing much.
As of now, US customers cannot log into binance with their US IP addresses? Or they still can? What about those US customers who still have coins in binance? Can they still withdraw?
When you register, it does ask you what country you are from right? Did it ask you for your address? When i registered for binance last year, i don't remember if they ask me any of these questions. My account is not verified. I am outside the US at the moment and can log into binance. So i can still trade while outside the US? Is there a way to find out if i registered as a US customer when i created an account? I do not remember if binance ask me any of this. So is it fine keep my coins in binance still or withdraw the,?

Yes, US IP Addresses are blocked. this was effective from 12th/september/2019 What about those US customers who still have coins in binance? Can they still withdraw?
Withdraw is possible. Depositing and trading is not possible When you register, it does ask you what country you are from right? Did it ask you for your address? When i registered for binance last year, i don't remember if they ask me any of these questions. My account is not verified.
No they don't. It's only when you are trying to verify your account to level one I am outside the US at the moment and can log into binance. So i can still trade while outside the US?
Yes Is there a way to find out if i registered as a US customer when i created an account? I do not remember if binance ask me any of this. So is it fine keep my coins in binance still or withdraw the,?
It's only probably through your registration IP address since you have not yet verified your account as US resident. Registration IP address is not conclusive thou since some people use VPNs when registering So sometimes if you break their terms of agreement, they may ask you to verify you account before unlocking it. This is rare but it could happen so it's better to play it safe and follow the TOAs Binance is planning to launch a platform majorly for US Residents. Am guessing it won't have many coins and trade pairs like the main platform. https://www.binance.com/en/blog/346119082624540672/Binance-Announces-Partnership-with-BAM-to-Launch-US-Exchange

So how in the world do those users even withdraw funds then if their ip address are blocked?
Okay so they didn't ask for my location when i registered binance. No wonder why i can log in without an issue. But had i did verification with them with my US documents but im outside the US with a nonUS ip address, would that mean i could no longer log into binance now?
So as long as you are unverified and outside the US when you created an account, you are free to use as you please? What about users who registered from the US but visit outside the US? They can or can't access their accounts with nonUS ip address?

Based on what i had understand on such situation. No doubt that you can access your account with NonUS ip address but as you said you verified it using up US documents which im pretty sure sooner or later that account would be locked nor prohibited.Dont know why they havent done it 100% for those US users.
