I enter the PIN, the message that the operation was successful, but the money is not debited from the account.

yep i've found some bugs with the manual cashout function so please use automatic withdrawal for now.

Auto payment seemed to have stalled as well.

you welcome. i'm sorry for the inconvenience, this happened due to global pool code changes which were to prevent pool1 from sending out extra payments thus stop losing our hard mined coins

What does "Lost 12 shares due to stratum disconnect on pool 0" mean?

I've now just had "Lost 13 shares due etc", what causes that?

All my other miners are connected fine to other pools.

hmm thats weird. i can see alot of shares coming in, so thats not a server problem obviously. you could try my other pool - i've split them to different countries so you can now choose wisely which one works best for you. (look at those links at my sig)

i'd still recommend to compare your results with EU pool to make sure you're getting best results possible.

take a look at coins/hr indicator after a hour or two of mining, and multiply that with 24

i cant say anything about that one, but we're definitely not scamming here. i've got two pools for two geographical regions and stats are all the way transparent. you should see just everything about number of shares, their costs, your payouts for each round, etc.
doing my best to provide the most awesome pools here.

try another pool. if you was on wdc-us (wdcpool2) try wdc-eu (wdcpool). they're in different geo zones so one of them should definitely work better for you

My Invalids were about 30% when I started. not sure why but it calmed down to about 10% now.
