first of all thanks for your questions. Company is located in Panama, it's private interest foundation (PIF) and this entity is solely used for pre-ICO and ICO. after this process, company's domicile will be transfered to european jurisdiction. It will be regulated subject with portfolio management, asset management and money transmitting licence. (CFD, OTC operations included)

Board of Directors is a recognized as a group of people who jointly oversee the activities of company. It's the supreme governing body of the company. This is the way how to give control for ICO participants. Simply - they get a chance to control company activities and they know what happens with their investment.

Typical duties of boards of directors include:

- governing the organization by establishing broad policies and setting out strategic objectives
- approving annual budgets
- ensuring the availability of adequate financial resources

Of course there's lot more to do. It will be position with compensation but also with duties. Member of Board of Directors will be vital part of business operations and participate on strategic decisions.
