Fiat money is unlimited, Ethereum used to have no cap. This is to rush to jump into a conclusion. If this coin is going to be use for a country, it would have the country's economy as its back. I would still assume the current state of cryptocurrency is still too early for mass adoption. We are in before MS-DOS era of personal computers. But with the internet though, things would escalate much quicker than in the past.

I can't set my second mn. I'm trying to figure out where I made mistake and can't find it.
Fot this second mn I enetered "masternode genkey" a couple of times and each time this private key was different. Now I don't know which one to use.The first one or the last one?

And one more qustion - I follow this tutorial step by step - https://monoeci.io/en/tutorial-masternode-server/

When I approach this step -

sudo adduser monoeci sudo
su monoeci

On "su monoeci" i have an error - "To run a command as administrator (user "root"), use "sudo <command>".

Why? Is this tutorial not good?

For me it at work out of the box, maybe you have forget to do one step ?
