1) CoinExchange is chaning to Noir (see their website)
2) Zoin will be delisted from CryptoBridge, as it no longer exists.
3) This is a rebrand, and NOT TWO SEPERATE COINS, as the team - as well as the supporting community - have decided on the rebrand, and have gone through with it. There is no Zoin anymore.

The thing that might confuse you is the fact that the hardfork occured. But this didnt occur because the rebrand, but rather because the Zerocoin fix/update which was included in the rebranded wallet. There would have been the need for a hardfork for Zoin anyways, as the new Zerocoin version is not compatible with the old one. We simply decided to release the Zerocoin fix together with the rebranded wallet, to avoid people having to update their wallets twice in a small amount of time.

Of course some pool owners are running pools for NIX as well as for Noir, as a lot of the community is shared between the two coins.

We are also not trying to sell anyone anything. We strongly believe that you should indeed not buy Noir (or any cryptocurrency for that matter) without doing you own research.
