Just checked github and it says one contributer, how is that possible ? arent there any other?

I'm quite interested in developing for a currency myself, but at the moment I lack the knowledge (although I'm a programmer). I hope reading some whitepaper and going over the code will help. Does anybody know why/how the hashrate at zoi.acc-pool.pw doubled in the last 1.5 days? |

I heard this coin will turn into a POS coin or that it will have POS Masternodes. I think masternodes are a great idea but please don't turn this coin into a POS (Proof of Stake). POS means the coins will lose value as more and more people accelerate their wealther - making coins from more coins and so on into infinity. Keep it POW - with masternodes. I'm definitely for POW. Otherwise everyone will just be holding their coins. Plus the 'richer'(people with more coins) people get even richer, and it's basically impossible for small people to compete in any way, unless they buy a huge amount of coins. With POW (as of right now) everyone can make at least some coins, it's way more open to everyone and you can quickly dive in and get going.

The wallet won't sync. I downloaded the blockchain and copy it into the right place, start the wallet again. then it get stuck at the loading stage, for hours. I don't know what happened

That is normal, it is just rescanning blocks. It takes several hrs. |

CPU with core/thread = 2/4 is less the 2/2 lower CPU like g4400 and previous g3260 CPU G4400 CPU G3260 I think G4560 can give about 350-360 H/s |

BTC Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System BTC
A purely peer-to-peer version of electronic cash would allow online payments to be sent directly from one party to another without going through a financial institution. Digital signatures provide part of the solution, but the main benefits are lost if a trusted third party is still required to prevent double-spending. We propose a solution to the double-spending problem using a peer-to-peer network. The network timestamps transactions by hashing them into an ongoing chain of hash-based proof-of-work, forming a record that cannot be changed without redoing the proof-of-work. The longest chain not only serves as proof of the sequence of events witnessed, but proof that it came from the largest pool of CPU power. As long as a majority of CPU power is controlled by nodes that are not cooperating to attack the network, they'll generate the longest chain and outpace attackers. The network itself requires minimal structure. Messages are broadcast on a best effort basis, and nodes can leave and rejoin the network at will, accepting the longest proof-of-work chain as proof of what happened while they were gone. |
