It was also build in simple machines forum 2.0.2 it looks the same as http://bitcointalk.org however it was meant only to discuss bitcoin and altcoin. IMHO

I think you can improve your site, at least modify the design/theme. It is just similar with bitcointalk, at least make it a little bit different. Just a little afraid that bitcointalk users can differentiate your forum with bitcointalk.

Beyond the design/theme, I think it would serve the community and entire cryptoworld much better if Bountportal pursues slightly different goals from those Bitcointalk have been pursuing, no need reinventing the flywheels, but it could be adapted and taken to the next frontier.

There are not 100 but 100 millions of people willing to do this job just to get paid $10 up to $50 daily, it really is up to the person, if they could type for 10 or 50 people daily or not, lol. this pay per post only works for campaigns on well populated forums already like this one, you wont get any satisfactory results from this I promise you.
