bitcoin to byteball conversion problem. Need help / info

Hi everyone. I need some information about my transaction.
Yesterday night I made a conversion with changeelly site. I convert some bitcoin to byteball, and the changeelly says the transaction is finished, but in my byteball wallet there is zero amount.

What I need to do? Please someone give me some information about it. Is that money lost, or what happening? when I got it in bytes?
With other cryptocurrencies, like dash, zcash, ethereum... I got the conversion almost immediatelly.

Here is the syncing now January 8th. Am I think well that, when it reach the august 12th, it will be sync, the data, and will see that On my wallet number there is more then 1 Gbytes?
I need to waiting few weeks, because it very slow.

Please anybody help with information who understand what is that?

You probably see your complete balance as soon as your wallet finished syncing.
Why have you selected the full wallet option? The light wallet is much faster to sync!
