Yeah, Yobit is known for that behaviour. Long wait for response, bad customer support and the site is full of shitcoin. Why still using their service? Exchanges usually having system maintenance. But 7 days of waiting but still not functional. Customers don't deserve that treatment. If they can't fix it. Atleast they should make some move to make their customers comfortable. Also one thing i don't like on yobit their user interface. It's not user friendly. So not recommended for newbies.

Actually Yobit has been like this ever since they have existed.

If you look at their trust page you'll see that all of the complaints are from people who have gotten their coins stuck because of withdrawal issues or just the wallet being in a constant maintenance state. And it's not just withdrawals, it's deposits as well.

All you can do is a)keep on contacting support b)write on chat(could get you banned) c)complain to them on forum(not likely to receive a response even if they read it) and d)Complain on their announcement thread for yobit.

Good luck and hope you've learned a lesson to never use yobit again. It's a mistake that all altcoin traders make  Tongue

At least they haven't disabled trading on that pair.

I honestly do not think that they are going to listen to your complaint and reopen withdrawals for that particular coin any time soon. You can wager on it happening and not selling off your stash of ARCX, but imo it's unlikely, and as time goes on people are just going to cancel their buy orders.

But i get you bro. I've had a similar situation with VPNCoin in the past, yobit putting wallet in maintenance and all that. I saw an arbitrage opportunity, deposited some VPNCoin onto yobit but only after i deposited i realise that wallet was in maintenance mode.

As i said, if you want to be safe, sell all of your ARC off.

Yobit is really delay in responds like other said its an old issue and they are the worst support ever.. but they are still alive and many people are still active to trade in yobit.. Look at the yobit account here in forum he receive negative trust and until not solve. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=406594
That i think much better to be careful right now using yobit if you really want to save your coins and don't want a delay better to trade in other exchange site which is active support..
Just lets hope someday they can resolve all their issue..

Ah. Good ol' yobit.

This is probably the longest scam running in the crypto world now, not sure why people still use it.

Delisting coins, wallets in maintenance mode, withdrawals that are "processing" for several months... Just a part of an average day in yobit.

Anyways, here's their forum account: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=406594. As you can see, they were online just 2 days ago. So try to PM them on forum with your issue. However the chances of them replying to you is minuscule.

I agree with Yuuto. Sell the coin whilst you still can. I highly doubt that they are going to re-open wallets for Arcticcoin, since it isn't listed by any major exchanges apart from cryptopia and c-cex.

Yobit is having bad reputation now a days and it is getting out of control. After launch of its Investmentbox also it had troubled many users recently. They were also seeking the support from yobit which they did not provided or were not able to answer it really. In this situation you can only hope to get reply after hundreds of tickets raised to support team. I don’t think anyone from obit is here officially. I would suggest you to wait as there is not other option. Hope you have not lost your money. Good luck for response from yobit.

Yobit does have a terrible support. I've offered to work for them for free just to speed it up a little bit (I have experience in support lines as answering tickets and such) because when I was trying to reach them for support, I'd always get an answer about 4-5 every time. Really don't
understand why's that such a big problem to fix.

Need some spare btc for a new PC that can at least run Adobe Dreamweaver.

Nothing new, 7 days is still short for yobit queue. some people already give up after waiting for more than 3 months. They got the volume they got good clients, but they can't provide better support. the problem with them is they think too highly of themselves and they dont care if people are losing money and time.

Welcome to the Yobit community  Grin . Seems like you aren't familiar on their issues regarding with their service. They are known to have the worst support ever on most exchanges that Is why I don't really like to trade or use this site anymore. Expect for that tickets that you sent to be read and made a reply for more longer months to come for sure.

There's nothing you can do but wait for weeks or months, keep try to contact their support and pray Cheesy, hopefully your coins could be withdraw.
As Yobit has so many similar problems about their services and many people have given their opinion/experiences of trading in Yobit, then all if this loss in your fault, the decision is in your hand. Do research before invest money/bitcoin and do not be greedy when you find tempting exchange rate on shady sites.

It isn't a new news about yobit. They've suck with their customer supports since early this year or probably late last year. I have an issue with them before that took 2 months before receiving a someone automated message that didn't solved my problems. I stopped using them since. The only reason why I am still trading there is because I'm trying to sell the remaining yovis which is their own coin that I have in my account which fyi also they have abandoned.

You should check first the reviews of other people before using an exchange. Yobit is known for shitty services and treated by many people as a shady exchange. I tried it once a couple of months ago but never came back to it. Just expect that you will see your coins anymore and move one. Try other well -known and well-respected exchanges like Bittrex. Been using them for a year now without any issues. Poloniex is okay few months ago but is now having some weird problems in their site.

Why one would use such a notoriously unreliable wallet is beyond me. Fact is: these exchanges hold the private keys and you don't. So effectively, the coins aren't yours. A service which lets you beg and plead with them to access your own coins is a corrupt and broken system.

Only inject enough coins into those exchanges if you can afford to lose them and survive the aftermath of that loss. If you use YoBit not just as a trading wallet but also as your main and only storage wallet, then you are irredeemably lost. Just like people entrusting Coinbase with everything they own.

If people look at everything from your perspective, there aren't any of the current exchanges and wallet services left to be used.

Admittedly, Yobit is a shitcoin exchange, but essentially it's the same as all other exchanges when it comes to one critical point ~ the user is always the loser in case something happens.

Main point of this thread is that when you're ready to pump money into absolute rubbish coins, you shouldn't be surprised to see the exchange that lists these coins, and the "developers" behind these coins, fail to deliver.

BSV is not the real Bcash. Bcash is the real Bcash.

It seems that you are not updated regarding the complains about the arc wallet on yobit. This is always their problem and you should be aware that there's no one help you out here and better post at their ann thread to get helped from their supports/admin.

Why are you still using yobit since yobit is well known about that issue and never solved until now better to stay away if you really want to lose your time and money because yobit is just like a cloud mining site that you are expecting to earn but in the end nothing..
So yobit is nearly scam even they are still active but they are not answer and solving the issue better to stay away from now.. or wait for a long time before you can get a responds.
