Yeah i be trying to  upload a  updated new picture on my forum post and i keep getting this message .Any help would be appreciated

my friend encountered same problem with you,
it seems like you have an evil spot in your ip address,
(evil spot is usually used by the attacker and mostly used for a tool to hack, that is why you got that message)
have you tried to use another ip address to do that ? because the only solution is to change the ip address.

PS : For reference about evil spot go here : https://dalewifisec.wordpress.com/2013/05/16/evil-twin-access-point-attack-explained/

Evil spot in the IP address sounds very funny Cheesy
That article about hot spot forging and there is nothing evil in IP address itself.
