No, it didn't fail because it doesn't even started. Both pre-sale and ICO doesn't have a specified date yet. It seems that the last update here was last September 17. They have no blog and only active in slack (no idea if same in telegram), but I do hope they update on twitter and facebook as well so that supporters have an idea of what's already going on. PS. It's annoying and a bit bothersome to stay in slack (in general) because of users that are sending phishing links. |

Yes the ICO should be starting soon. If you sign up for the email you will be notified of the start. They are allowing pre-ICO investments of a 10 ETH min
The slack doesn't have too much in the way of info but there are a few posts and links to medium article on the Telegram channel

IMO yes, OMG has softbank as investor, so does HERO project, they are mooning both. Yes but I was rather referring to the technology than to the actual investors behind the project. In terms of technology this is similar to OmiseGo? |

I think nothing happens here. very many have already left the signature because they no longer believe in the project or it will start very very much red in the signature campaign to see. this is not a good sign I would be very very cautious no here |
