Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

What is the purpose of specific questions? They're plenty of books out there to cover economics Bitcoin, economic cryptocurrency and economics in general. When it comes to the commodity markets, there's also another handful of books out there to tell you how to cover Commodities which is what Bitcoin is legally considered. As far as a specific country's economic structure, they're going to cover the big ones that move a lot of volume out there such the United States Great Britain Japan and others but why exactly what they have one when it comes to that specific Market?

There are many books on Blockchain. however, related to Islamic Finance THAT I'm not sure of.
Maybe try to take contact to some of the projects that are already instantiated in the Islamic world or the ones coming up?
