Its already end of track and they give back all the money they got for good reason. There's a lot of project having a hard time like this one, so its up to them if they get back on business.

Yeah, they already refund all the money/capital they collected to erase all the back feed back about their project. But the sad part is they didn't pay all the bounty participant on their project. The vision of this project is good but in the current time, that vision is not welcome around the world for the reason that most of the countries need to protect their medical information and didn't allow some one to hold it like this project, add the low tech of some countries.

It is because most of the people ONLY believe when they experience it  Regret is always at the end because good days not always come to life- because we take things decisively still the future is unpredicted so we cannot know when those good and bad days come.
