Is there such a thing as double segwit

Would that be desegregated witness?

Seriously, can you explain what you are asking in more detail?  Segwit vs Segwit2x?  Something else?

Do you mean Segwit2x? That's a potential hardfork further down the road (Oct / Nov) with an increased (doubled) blocksize in addition to Segwit, hence the name Segwit2x.

There is only one segwit right now which activated through BIP141, SegWit is a backwards compatible protocol upgrade originally proposed by the Bitcoin Core development team.
But it will be split into two as there is segwit2x which is a hard fork to double Bitcoin's base block size.
So, we have; 1. segwit (will be activated on August 21st)
                   2. segwit2x (segwit + hard fork in order to increase block size > 2MB on November 2017)

Why there are two segwit?
Because core developers do not agree with 2Mb hard fork because not all SegWit2x nodes are 100% compatible with the current network conditions either. and core devs have planned to develop bitcoin core 0.15.0 that will automatically disconnects any network node which runs segwit2x.

There is no double segwit. The 2x in the name refers to a fork later this year.
