I think if you are profit you chance because you made a profit on your investment. But if you are in loss better hold until the market settles because ETH price will increase once Bitcoin price consolidate.

Ethereum is not looking very healthy now. And there are rumors going around that some of the ETH devs are dumping their coins. If I was in your place, then I would dump at least 75% of my ETH, and move to Bitcoin.

you should think first decision that you will take because of the eth price trend that is in a bad position now, if you get a lot of losses when selling now why not last time waiting for the flow of the pump (do not know when it come) wait for the price to be better than now. But as you wait to see if Bitcoin prices will stay still or sped from now? This is hard to say and all options are in your hands

This wasn't the correct decision at all. BTC has proved several times that it is the king of crypto and a far better investment than any other altcoins. I think the best approach for you right now should try and find a sweet spot when you are profiting or at least making even by selling your ETH. I would advise you to do this within this month as BTC price are skyrocketing and can reach $5000 was the end of August. |

No matter what happens, never sell for loss. Wait for ETH to go back up before deciding to sell it. Yeah, you missed the train for BTC. Do not do the same mistake with ETH. Once the price of BTC slows down, the price of ETH will recover and go back up. Then you can sell your ETH and convert it to BTC. That way you will still make profit even though it will take longer time.
This is the right advice, it seems the OP completely missed the timing right now the only thing he can do is if he wants to avoid losses is to hold and wait for a price correction in bitcoin and hope ETH goes up at the same time, if he held bitcoin instead this will be the perfect time to buy some cheap altcoins with good potential and hold for a year. |

No way we can tell what should you do because market is not predictable. If we know what will happened then no way we can asked this kind of question. The moment you sold your bitcoins to ETH means you accept all the risks associated to that.
Back before solding your bitcoins to ETH, what things you have in your mind? What analyzation you made? What you think will happen? Now put that thinking on vice versa since you able to do it on first and goes now for the final decision.
I'm agree with you because we can't never predict what tomorrow comes so I believe you sell your eth to btc if it is necessary. Selling your eth anytime in case of emergency but it is good if you wait for the higher price so that you can acquired a lot of money. Just saying. |

I think its better if you hold your ethereum coin because this coin for sure will increase in the future. You need a lot of patience and for sure if you have that , you can earn a lot of profit in the future. I suggest to you buy more ethereum because this coin for sure reach before end of this year at 1000 dollars so if you buy today possible your money become times 3 . But its your choice if you buy or sell your ether.

Since you have exchanged your bitcoin to ethereum already, I would suggest for you to hold your ethereum for a couple more years that is if you don't need that money. Because tendency that most people are doing is, they thought this certain coin will pump because bitcoin price dump or whatsoever and once they got that profit they will then convert it back to bitcoin and fiat to withdraw their money. Just hold on to them and it will in time increase back.

But I hope that 4300$ is not maximum of bitcoin price in this year so I am planning to sell my ethereums. But I don't know when to do that. I feel bitcoin correction in near time so maybe it is better to wait a bit? But I am not sure about eth price in near time. What to do?  Thanks a lot community! I sold my etherium and bought bitcoins for that money 2 weeks ago, if i was you i would sell them right now and buy bitcoins once it's price falls down a little bit, as i am pretty sure that bitcoin price will only rise in future while eth will drop. |

And you need to understand that $300 is not maximum for Ethereum either. If someone ask me at the moment to bid between btc and eth, I will surely bid on latter one. Ethereum has become pilgrimage for icos as a result of which it is always on hit-list of investors. Suppose Bill Gates decided to back some cryptocurrency project but to invest in tokens he needs eth. If he buys eth, rest would be history!!  |

Both ethereum and bitcoin is a good investment and for sure if you have tha you can earn a lot of profit in the future or maybe before end of this year. So its better if you hold your ethereum and for sure the price will become 1000 dollars before end of this year and possible price of bitcoin will become 5000 dollars so you can buy more bitcoin if you want to make a lot of profit.

What do you want now? If you need urgent money than you can sell all of your Ethereum.But its not would be a good decision.I want to say, Just hold you Ethereum for this year.I strongly belive in this coin.I also think this coin price will be raised sooner and it will be $500 or more. So try to hold them or sell if you can effort the loss.becuse the price of ethereum is now too low.
A price of 500 for each Ethereum seems to me on the high side especially since almost all the attention of the traders is in bitcoin and the bitcoin cash altcoin, so I think that to see that price you are going to have to hold until the end of next year and maybe you will need to hold for longer periods of time since I do not see how this rise in the price of altcoins can be maintained. |
