Why primedice is has
Bad support ?
My problem hasn't solve
For 3 day.
I lost my balance
After login again
Why ??
Hey, That looks like your account is compromised. But balance cant vanish from account. It will show up as a bet, or in tips log, or in transaction log as cashout. So check your logs see if its there . |

I know there have been a lot of complaints about wait times for support, so for any of you that don't know, MICRO is working on being put in the actual support team, so once that happens responses should be much faster. He's also told me when he's in chat he'll offer live support there as well, so that will help a lot of you guys out. Keep in mind though, he's only one guy and he does have to sleep and have a life  haha In the meantime, just try to be patient, or if it's something that's really urgent, PM me or MICRO on the PD chat and we will see what we can do. Can you pm me tx id ? Fee should be 0.0001 on all cashouts . But yes lately more and more transactions with that fee dont get confirmed on first block. If this continue to happen pd will have to set bigger fee. |

is it just me or is this morning primedice more 'faster than usual?
Its the same for or your Internet connection is just fast It is just your imagination or your computer has less lag. Primedice seems the same to me. |

I believe this has something to do with the new Bitcoind version we recently installed. I forwarded this to our dev however to see if it's an issue on our end and hopefully can ensure it doesn't occur again. Thanks for the feedback! |

Use one account, and always stay logged in...  I think you should also mail support. Sometimes they are quite fast. |

Reported the above link. Dont click on it. I can't believe they also spam this shit here in the thread... It actually links to a video about a "PD/999Dice Hash Cracker" with a link which is obviously a virus. First reported the post here. I also reported the video on vid.me and someone of PD should email support@bitly.com to ask to have this link removed since it links to a virus: (don't click) bit.ly/1CtwwRS (don't click). They host the actual file on Google Docs, so I reported it to them too. FU virus scam noob. Of course they just re-upload and make new links+posts, but gotta keep the virus scammers busy I guess. |

Yes, you can have as many accounts as you want. But i dont see the sense in it. A bank account can be good, but more is not needed i think. |
