Is it legal?

Which one you're asking?

You mean in your country to play online gambling legal or not? OR site itself legal or not?

Many countries it is not legal but since these sites are running with cryptos so you can easily play on these sites. In my country also online gambling is not legal but still can access sites through proxy or VPN.

Is it legal?
Legality of primedice or any other gambling sites depends on your country, if they prohibit online gambling, then you won't be allowed to gamble on PD and or on other bitcoin gambling sites.

Quote
Persons located in or residents of the United Kingdom, the United States, the United States Territories and Australia (the ‚Prohibited Jurisdictions‚) are not permitted make use of the Service. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing restrictions on engaging in real-money play from Prohibited Jurisdictions applies equally to residents and citizens of other nations while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction
Snippet from PD's tos.

Exacly, in my country is legal and it's not even considered "gambling", because the site uses bitcoins instead of "fiat money".

If I'm not wrong whether you play with fiat money or cryptos still it should be called as a gambling because you betting money but just in a crypto form.

Not sure why in your country it is not called as a gambling.

lol true.
if you wanna gamble then probably stay away from this site atleast, these guys are just promoting this shitsite. In short if i say then i was told by support team that i will be given 10% rake back on all the bets a week ago. when i asked them to claim my bonus they simply replied you had not told us to active the bonus. <lol 10x>

I cannot even express my thoughts of this website and support members they however paid what they owed me but still. I am not satisfied with the crap this pulled on me with late withdraws & false promises etc.

To admin of this (if any) or maybe the site is run by support members xD. We know you have money you should just spend it and chill rather than making false promises to your customers.

And i will be making a youtube video soon enough just to notify users that their funny replies are being recorded from the page 1437. And i hope it would be entertaining enough for those 140k subs of mine. cya soon

So your government are not against gambling activity with foreign currency meanwhile my government prohibit all gambling activity even though using bitcoin as main transaction

For the challenge is a great one especially for whale gambler because they have "unlimited" bankroll for 50% chance betting !

This is true as long as there is no way to deposit or cashout FIAT money on a website. The government ignore it totally because it is "fantasy gambling", like gambling with Counter Strike items, or betting on Sliver.tv

Of course, it depends on the country, in Belgium, Overwatch and Battlefront 2 crates are considered "gambling".

As far I as know, there is no such bonus or promotion. Right now the only active bonus is a 10% house-edge referral bonus: you get 10% of the house edge of the bets done by the people you bring to the website. If you had a conversation with support about any side bonus, then go to the footer of the page, click on "support", and explain clearly the situation: When, where and who told you about the bonus:

It seems, the OP title says 'Creators of Dicing'. Is PrimeDice really the 'Creators of Dicing'?  Just asking...

Hi Everyone,

You may have noticed Primedice just went down and has been redirected. Our registrar where we registered the domain years ago which was the same registrar originally used by the largest bitcoin website has either been compromised or SE'd. Right now the version of primedice being served is a phishing website. You might have noticed the certificate is gone, DO NOT LOGIN OR DEPOSIT until we officially say things are ok and you will be safe. We noticed this instantly and are working with that registrar to restore access to the domain.

Your balances and passwords on the real version of primedice are safe. To be clear just our domain has been redirected to a phishing site, our servers are not compromised. Stake is registered elsewhere so that website is fine.

If the person who SE'd our registrar sees this, you should take this opportunity to understand this will not be profitable for you, apologize and return the domain before we escalate this matter.

Updates:

-We've reported the phishing website to cloudflare where it is being managed.
-We've turned off the API for our hosted version of primedice so currently your funds cannot be withdrawn even if you logged into the phishing site.
-Cloudflare has now marked the website as a phishing website thanks to your reports.
-Chill on Stake.com chat for quickest updates.

there is no access to primedice from where I am
it says cloudflare error 521,no redirects of any kind
but this can be bad for players who do not read forums or login from time to time
and were unlucky to get phished, maybe a stake chat announcement by mods is in order,a recurring one?
and of course,on every social media resource
