Ran into a issue today that was funny at first but became more alarming as I got responses from support.
I was baited into a discussion about accounts in chat and it followed the line about banks and alt accounts not allowed in chat. Short story is it ended up with alt accounts being created by the person I was in discussion with and one very similar to the one I was using.

Alt" "Thisguyfucks"
Now for anyone that followed the chat from the start, they would be able to see that the two where clearly different individuals. Any one that would go to the start could tell difference so lets just leave that snip short for I can get long winded.
The end of the saga was me stating:
Thisguybust(Me) "the mentality to sit up in chat and troll is just beyond me"
Support: "@Thisguybust muted...as I promised, I will keep muting you"
Will use my name but will not drop the individuals involved because its not the issue.
I find out that I am unable to use support messenger well chat banned. So I start to write a post here, till I realize that the troll had been getting chat banned but it was not effecting his main. So I log into my main which is Sandpaper44 and try messenger. It does not work, so that must cross accounts.
I enter chat and try to get help to which all I receive is warnings to drop it and odd info like they connect these accounts to me. Not through IP but some how! This is a redflag because it indicates the troll is hacked me or Support is making up a story that suits the story. Either way a normal person should be a bit shocked.
Can understand supports take, troll w/e, do not waste time on him.
So if I am innocent and I am, then this means PD has a problem either with support or with a hacker.
My balance never changed during that time and I was still actively rolling.
Suggestions:
- Create a email box on bottom for times when messenger is not working, most people do not know about forum and finding support email there.
- Have the messenger open to
active players that are facing their first chat ban.
- Do not have support just put a person on ignore under assumptions they where wrong
I walk away from this thinking if I can have such a drama over a small issue like this, what awaits me if I ever do have a serious issue! I know this is small potatoes to most and its more feedback then anything.
Would really like to know that due diligence is taken in the future for a lot of new players can run into the trolls and if I can fall victim with help of support, I think it will make people weary to chat or play.
Still pissed and still debating if I want to continue knowing that I have unknown issues with the site.
But food for thought on how to make a few changes. Most likely just stay out of chat.

So lint is able to troll and I get muted for saying people should not troll. Ok thats fair.

Was not going to use her name but her manner of dealing with me is very off course.
This is the same mod that chat banned me to start the issue off and I was just asking for my account to be released and was going to drop this issue.
She did not answer my questions other than this perma ban, so am I not allowed to play on this site now?
Seems like if I attempt to play on my other account I could be getting angled in a way that I could run up some bitcoin(In my dreams) and then find out I can not withdraw from my account.
Whole thing is super bizarre because the issue that set the whole troll off was squashed as soon as it started. Seuntje(Sp.) confirmed that you could play on different accounts as long as you did not use them at the same time. So it was a dead issue but the troll kept going and made it appear as if I was attacking him.
But he was speaking in hindi, I can not speak that language one lick. Barely speak my own language English.
So here are thoughts in my head:
- If I am banned why not the troll, he is active on multiple accounts as I type this. )Lint58 I believe.
- He admitted to trolling me and I still got banned and accused of something he obviously stated in chat!
- Why would she not discuss this obvious issue fairly with me in any format?
- Why was she so defensive and nit picking my words?
- Am I banned from play here?
You can even see she closes the discussion on me without answering my queries. This is the same mod that told me I must have sent a transaction to the wrong address and stalled me for days till Stunna jumped on the issue and solved it.
Will link that post so its clear I am not some troll, I just expect to be dealt with fairly.
Sorry about late edit got crazy issues with my waterline being fixed and its looking costly.
