Is there a public p2pool fork available for those wanting to run a server?

it should payout when the block is confirmed, not 5 minutes later.
I received a few coins now so it "works".

Owner could you look into this please?

You don't understand PPLNS.. read the info in the 'about' section

The point being . you have to stick around for a few rounds and not leave .. you will get paid!

He is right... after 120 conf you stil have to wait a few minutes until you get the confirmation of the pool... and that's not how it usually works...

Oh yeah, and there's that too... they have to be confirmed before payout.. which can take 1-2 hrs sometimes

someone asked pools, here what i found, pool list:

http://54.244.192.52:8301    HASHRATE: 18MH/s  (p2pool)
http://next.afraid.org:8118   HASHRATE: 63MH/s  (p2pool)
http://nbc.cryptcoins.net/    HASHRATE: 42MH/s  (closed registaration?)
http://nbc.minepool.net/      HASHRATE: 9MH/s    (open)

what more hash -> more payouts -> more blocks

all we know p2pool having paying issues always... live with it
pushpool has too low payout problems so... live with it
consider solo mining if you are not happy Tongue

I had to close it to ensure it is not overwhelmed.  I have acquired  a HUGE server that will be ready in 24-48 hours that will be able to handle at least 5-10 times more volume.  until then I can't open any more pools.  I'm sorry, i wish I could.

In the case of http://next.afraid.org:8118 , I try to improve the effeciency. However, I see a lot of orphans. So next.afraid.org:8118 is working right, but the full cryptocurrency rate is huge: : 308MH/s. And getting all blocks recognized is quite difficult.

If you have an idea to improve the efficiency (lower the orphans) of the pool when the full cryptocurrency rate is around 308MH/s. I will do it. (Meanwhile long live to next.afraid.org:8118)

for cgminer users, and for the p2pool: next.afraid.org:8118, don't forget to add these options: --queue 0 -s 1
This will improve the efficiency of the p2pool (-E, --expiry is not important now)
