Every campaign has its own rules which is predifined at the start of campaign.  Almost all of such camapigns pay token to participants. I don't think they pay you BTC.

you have to ask the dev himself, everyone may be different but i won't get my hopes up because bitcoin costs them but their own coin does not! they simply have the tokens ready to give away for free, because it is pre mine or something like that. which means they will prefer giving the token. and also it is kind of an advertisement, they force you to use the wallet, the coin,... by doing this.

you can however always find someone on their announcement topic (when there is no exchange for the coin) and sell the tokens to them immediately after receiving it. make sure to use escrow though.

If you are preferring on bounty campaigns I would say that you do have slim chances for a certain dev would allow such thing for them to pay you out on btc coin since you do join on a certain bounty campaign for sure you will really receive their tokens since its always been part of their rules and also coins still on ICO state on which theres no still assurance if it would be fail or successful which means if they payout on btc form it would really be an disadvantage for them and would really be good for you since you do secure out your bounty basing on ICO price for sure.

No you can't ask the dev to pay you in btc not unless if the bounty is in btc but if it's another token or coin I don't think you are allowed to make a special request. Just join campaigns that pay you in btc instead.

You can't because every compaing has his conditions and I guess that you have read it from the beginning and if you joining the translation bounty that mean that you accept his conditions

Nope, unless you join a bounty campaign that agrees to pay you in bitcoins and not tokens, then yes. But as far as I know, almost all initial coin offering (ICO) projects that run such campaigns are only doing that for their signatures and social media rallies, while the majority of translations, media support, Slack and Telegram bounties, that are usually held in the alternate currencies section, reward their participants with the token they are promoting.
