HI all, thanks for your continued interest and support in INTENSE! Please know the team is working hard every single day to bring you amazing products! Our Google Calendar is filling up more every week with meetings, and it's very exciting. Smiley

I have received several concerns and messages about banned IPs on the pool. I will echo here what was said in slack:

* Banned IPs occur for only two reasons: either your miner is submitting bad shares, which is caused by faulty hardware or too high of an overclock, or you are submitting shares too quickly (flooding). To rectify the first issue, fix your hardware. To rectify the second, use a higher difficulty. If you are using static difficulty, increase the number. Our block time is 120 seconds so you should be targeting a ~100 second share time to leave room for faster blocks. If you are not using static difficulty, use a higher starting port (7777, 9999, etc.) so your miner isn't flooding the server when it connects.

* Banned IPs only last 10 minutes

* If you are disconnecting from the pool, that is expected daily at 1000 UTC (0500 EST) as we have scheduled nightly restarts to address some issues in the nodejs API server becoming weary

Please note we are still planning to shift the 'official' pool responsibility to an experienced, competent and reputable pool operator, since we are (clearly  Grin) not pool operators. Talks are ongoing in this realm, as they have been for some time now, but it takes awhile to find someone credible and reliable. We do not want the official pool to be the primary hash rate of the network, and we are finally seeing the network hash rate increase far beyond the official pool indicating diversification of the network. Awesome. We will be increasing the fee shortly to further aid in diversification by incentivizing people to go elsewhere. This should also help mitigate some performance issues on the main pool as resource contention will be minimized.

Just found this coin couple days ago and have been doing some digging on it. Seams like it is worth giving a try and hodling

It will always be worth keeping Intense Coin, i believe in this coin, project and devs since i found it.

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

Guys do you think this could be one of the still cheap coins like ripple one year before which could make you rich with a small investment like 500-1000$ and holding for 1-2years?

only one way to find out  Grin  HODL

ripple is not decentralized, and does not have miners behind, is a interbanking token, so, now is good to have because You can make mone on it, but thinking that we have banks behind, is not so good for our crypto decentralized community

My opinion, yes for sure, i sold many other coin to get Intense, 100%

No one can absolute say for sure. We are actually just speculating on what will happen to Intense. We minimize the risk by studying  the coin and the team and we observe for ourselves if they have potential or not and if the project is worthwhile or not. In my opinion, the risk is low and the project significant enough. There are only 3 blockchain-based projects right now with Intense the only one which did not do an ICO. It means the team have to work harder and faster and more efficient. And Intense is of course the cheapest of the 3 right now. But that may change quickly, depending on the update of the devs on the 15th.

Nice to see someone customizing the off the shelf pool ^^ even if it's just that tiny bit.
There still seems to be a problem with the SSL?

There are so many pools avilable for ITNS..way more than for other projects. Is it a good sign or just easy profit?

This currency has one of the biggest potentials of the crypts published in the last months, we have to be patient and maintain so that in the near future we obtain all good benefits. give it more to know through social networks so that more investors and miners enter and give all the publicity that we can. Without a strong community there are no strong projects.

Yesterday received a new video card rx460. It did not make me happy in terms of speed on ETH, I'll leave it on the IC (320H/s). On the ETH consumption is slightly higher. I hope I'll get at it no less than I paid  Cheesy

Easy choice... ETN never mines what is says it will mine... not even close...
What you're saying is only true if you're mining ETN on a crappy pool. With nanopool I was always getting even more than WTM and other calculators showed for my hashrate. Mining ITNS myself now, but with the current ETN rally I'm not sure what's more profitable to mine.

i agree i run rx 550s for the low power draw and low budget and they have more then paid for them selves running cryptonight coins.. but at 320h/s on a rx 460 a 550 is a better go at 50 watts and 280-310 hash

For what I paid on these rx 550 they paid for them selfs  faster then expected they pull very little power... when I hear about 580 making 700 and is 4 times the price for w times the hash power and a lot more power draw it makes me think having 6 rx 550 vs 1 or 2 580 is the way to go

GTX 1060 hashrate is around 500 H/s, so under 100 ITNS a day.

GTX 1060 hashrate is around 500 H/s, so under 100 ITNS a day.

So it is still cheaper to buy 2 or 3 rx 550 and get 800 -900 hash for around same as 1 gtx 1060 and I believe it will he less power draw
