Hey guys, this project looks promising I must say. I am a bit new to this startup-ICO thing, so forgive me if this is in these 22 pages somewhere, but to get things straight: there's 3 ways to acquire ROCK at this moment 1- Through the whitelist registration (receive ROCK for ETH payment) 2- Through Bounty; so the way this works, if I understand correctly is, in exchange for promoting this project I will receive ROCK (how does this work, payment wise?) 3- Through the ICO (which starts in 4 days from now) (on which exchanges will the ICO be listed?) Thank you for indulging me and thanks for the help  |

One more question... will we receive our whitelist ROCK in our ETH wallet before the ICO starts?
Also.. just read this in a news article:
In a recent speech to an exclusive group of attorneys in New York, Walter Joseph “Jay” Clayton III, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commision (SEC), equated Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) with securities, which will mean a massive regulation of the cryptocurrency market. Clayton stated:
“Trading of tokens on these platforms is susceptible to price manipulation and other fraudulent trading practices. ICOs may be securities, and those who offer and sell securities in the United States must comply with the federal securities laws. Any person or entity engaging in the activities of an exchange must register as a national securities exchange.”
What is Rocket ICO's take on this? Seems like something like Rocket ICO does away with the need of something like SEC regulation. I think.. 'let the platform come up with a solution..self regulation more or less'
