Wow, that's crazy, I thought all that went away with SilkRoad. I guess if you think about it though you're probably right, the internet is a big place. Paragon being so transparent and well organized is going to be a big part of taking those stigmas away from the cannabis industry.

Yes, but how many Cannabis coins are there that are going to build physical, brick and mortar facilities, comply with each legal Cannabis states laws, and regulations, and network the entire Cannabis medical field, all on a blockchain? Their goals seem pretty realistic, plus they're backed by a well-known musician/celebrity (The Game), whose cultural influence is heavy within the urban communities.

I am not convinced that banners everywhere is a great thing. Ofcourse you get the word out, but do serious investors really click on banners to get there info?

I do believe it creates some hype, but thats only good for price pumps, what I am hoping for Paragon is a serious project, not a pump and dumb.

Indeed you're right. Previous cannabis centered coins offer minimal feature other than a payment instrument while PARAGON offers a holistic approach to Cannabis Industry by utilizing fully the benefits of blockchain technology.
