HELP NEEDED

I have generated a bunch of BIP38 encrypted addresses with the tab "BULK WALLET" of bitaddress html under the same password on the machine that is not connected to the internet. Then I transferred some coins on the first 3 of them to run a test of sweeping them into electrum wallet.

I have decrypted all 3 wallets and used Private Keys (WIF51 characters base58, starts with a '5') to sweep them into Electrum. The first one swept well, but then the others would not sweep. Electrum says that they are empty. I tried importing them into blockchain.info wallet but it also says that they are empty.

When I check public address it shows that the wallet contains bitcoins
https://blockchain.info/address/19DpkXMi4oTfayjxfDSuz3uHUrsX387Twz

This same public address is displayed on "Wallet Details" tab in bitaddress.org when I decrypt private key.

PRIVATE ADRESS: [mod edit: private key removed]
PASSWORD: [mod edit: password removed]

I don't care if the coins will be moved away, but I really need to figure out how to get access to my wallet.

Can anyone help please?

Try using the WIF compressed key instead.

Where can I import/swipe it? Electrum does not recognize them.

Wallet Menu -> Private Keys -> sweep should do it?

It worked on test paper wallets. I need to check if it works with all my other 200 wallets.
Meanwhile the thread is closed. I will contact contributors a bit later to arrange rewards.

Not sure we helped greatly but glad you've sorted it. Drop me an address and I can send you that 0.004614 I swept from your original post. Smiley

You did! I panicked  Tongue when my original method that worked in the beginning didn't perform on other wallets (importing Private Keys WIF51 characters base58, starts with a '5') so the stress blurred my mind and I couldn't think straight, it didn't occur to me to use WIF compressed keys, and the only wallets that import I had were blockchain.info and electrum, that didn't work for either of them.

I know I started this thread offering 1BTC to whoever finds a step by step solution, but it was also my panic mode. I don't take my words back, but considering the solution was easy, would you agree to receive a smaller compensation, let's say 0.1 btc? I would gladly send the same amount to achow101 since his solution worked too and you guys both replied around the same time. Do you think that would be fair/unfair?

Try using the WIF compressed key instead.

This method worked as well. I don't understand why uncompressed WIF keys worked 15% of the time, but others didn't.
As I replied to hazukison above, I have offered 1BTC for solution while being in panic mode. I don't take my words back, but would you agree to receiving 0.1 instead, considering the solution didn't require much research? Let me know if you think it's fair/unfair. I don't want anybody to feel mistreated and really appreciate both of you trying to help me out of a very unpleasant situation.

Thanks! Let us know if you need any more help. Did your paper wallets payout good? Not much more till I reach a full one now lol 0.2 to go... although I'm alittle worried should it become worthless if BCH somehow takes over Sad
