Hi,I see option in electrum portable very low fee when send transactions - will confirm in 6 blocks,and high fee - within 1 block.On real time what timeframes will it be?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Blocks occur on average every 10 minutes. However, there are many times where it can take longer for a block to be found.

I'd recommend using a higher fee if you need quick confirmation. I tend to normally use one to the left of the far right on the slider. If you are really in a crunch, you can use the slider on the far right.
